The Home Inspector Locator is a searchable database of over 3,000 experienced Home Inspectors all across the US.   We designed our directory to give the home buyer, seller and real estate professional a resource for locating quality home inspectors across the USA.  

We found that most home buyers were given the name of a home inspector by their real estate agent or by looking in the yellow pages. We created the Home Inspector Locator so that all consumers would be able to find an experienced inspector on the web anywhere in the USA.  We screen our inspectors by initially qualifying them and by allowing our users to give a rating on their performance.   We eliminate inspectors who are consistently being graded below our minimum standards.  We help you screen out inspectors and find the inspector that will do the best job for you.

We require that our members have a minimum of two years experience in the home inspection business. We also require that they are members of a respected national Home Inspection Association such as ASHI, NAHI, CREIA, NABI, NACHI or show that they have significant experience in building inspections.  These associations require continuing inspection education to maintain membership.
